Free Trial Policy
NexBot offers a 30-day Pro+ free trial on all plans. No credit card is required to start. We encourage all users to fully explore the platform during this period to ensure it meets their technical and operational needs.
Refund Eligibility
Due to the high operational costs associated with AI processing, GPU compute, and document vector indexing, we generally do not offer refunds once a paid billing cycle has commenced. However, our billing team reviews special cases and accidental renewals on an individual basis.
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Billing Dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your plan features until the end of your current paid billing period with zero cancellation penalties.
